I like "The Family Circus", and often identify with the comic strip. We rarely come home from grandma's house empty handed. Food, clothing, furniture and even a lamp once. Sometimes we complain about all the 'stuff' we come home with but it's always wrapped in love.
oh I'm laughing. ..there is a lot of wisdom in that cartoon. . .and I'm sure whether grandma stops in at the grands house or vice versa. .the sentiment is the same.
Family Circus... always truth with every smile! Not a g'ma yet... (almost a mother-in-law though---next June!) ...but I can only imagine :) Smiling with everyone! Maria ps. I'd love to catch up a bit, Anneliese, and read up on your grandfather... they look like wonderful posts.
