While on the subject of hand made gifts, I was looking for a card and came across these beautiful cards Monika (my sister) made for me.
Along with always making a special card for me for my Birthday,
this past summer she gave me a package of cards with envelopes, ready to use!
Cards for different occasions ...
so nice to have on hand!

I once had a student give me a precious and thoughtful gift-- her mom (an exceptional scrapbooker like aunt monika) had made a class set of mini birthday cards, each with their own teeny tiny matching envelope! It's so fun, I love that idea, and I had so much fun using them the following year!
I've been blessed to receive some of Monika's cards and they certainly are beautiful!
Beautiful! I have a card-making sister as well who has given me sets of hand-made cards as a gift. I love it.
what lovely cards! Card making is one of my passions but I don't seem to have much time for it lately. (Wonder why?)
Somehow I missed this on Wed. Thanks for featuring my cards. I always think I should take pictures of the cards I've made so that I can make them again some other time but I never seem to get it done before they're given away.
One of my favorite pasttimes is making cards for gifts. I am well aware of the time and thought that goes in to each one, and so I know what a special gift that is. She sure does a great job!
