Spring Beauty

While I was away last week, my H brought out the lounge chairs and patio table,

and I came home to a spring garden in it's prime.

A season of promise

a season of beauty

a season of needs supplied.

Lily of the Valley bouquets have graced our home with their
beauty and heavenly scent these days
and reminded me of how God, who cares for the lilies of the field,
has shown His care for me.

Anneliese - I was just reading in my devotions about God caring for the lilies of the field and how much more does He care for us? You have such lovely photos and also word pictures - thank you.

A garden is a wonderful place that illustrates how much God cares about our lives and the small things in it. He is in all the details.

So beautiful! I love your Lily of the Valley...I may have to come and dig up a couple of plants to transplant into our backyard.

How can you bear to come inside?

Vange, I've had the Hope garden decor sign for a few years and I'm not sure any more what store it was.. it was a garden center within a lumberyard type store, I think.

I think that lily of the valley is the prettiest, most delicate of all the spring flowers. I love Spring as well. My garden always looks at its best in Spring.

My mom has a large patch of lily of the valley by her back door. This reminds me that I need to go dig up some of her plants to plant here at my home. Your yard looks gorgeous and so inviting, Anneliese!
