I'll begin this post with the youngest . . . simply as a symbol of the one everyone notices
and looks out for . . . made more obvious when you review the photos.
Poolside photos are generally self explanatory . . .
games, ice cream and lots of playful interaction.
I had my small camera in my bag and took photos but if someone felt so inclined,
they would pick it up and add to the roll.
As I sat in my chair I'd observe how Koen and Teddy would pass each other and look at each other. Once or twice they came by holding hands . . . but these moments were quick. I finally got them to sit still together for a minute.
It seemed this ice cream was so unbelievably delicious, it needed to be shared.
This line up is a reminder of another season when we took three children on vacation . . .
Three, who now come with an entourage!
And if you scroll back . . . to the previous photo . . .
you may just notice a cute little bulge showing one more to come!
And with this photo,
(taken during our last moments together in the pool by a daughter who guessed my feelings)
I will end my reflections about this family vacation
with hopes you've read my heart,
as I've shared a journey of beautiful blessings
covering imminent tears with contentment and gratefulness.

What a beautiful family event. The details on their faces show their contentment in life. Yes, Teddy always seems to be the key attraction. She is something else. The smiles on their faces reflect good times ahead and it's fun to see that little bump growing. How special.
So many beautiful memories that you will savor for days, weeks, months and yes, even years to come! Thanks for sharing them with all of us!
