"There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven." Ecclesiastes 3:1

Forty Eight Hours Later!

I am reminded again how there is a time for everything . . . even a time to dress up for an airport re-union.

It was Makenna's idea ...

and it seems . . . no one forgot!

I'm sure many wondered about us . . . since we stuck out like sore thumbs at the small airports . . . crowded with local travellers.
Maybe . . . if they could have seen the actual meeting  . . . they would have figured it out.  After all, being grandparents is a language that is understood in any language.

It looks like everybody won that day..The dresses are beautiful..That's funny..I do love to dress up when travelling and meeting guests at the other end, but usually it's not a dress...but maybe if I had grand girls, you'd be surprised what I'd do. Enjoy.

So glad you got there safely and that the new dress pleased your granddaughter.
Both grandparents and grandkids look equally happy to be together. Love the pictures, Anneliese. May God bless your time there in every way.

Thank you for sharing in this joy with me!!! I
I just want you to know I appreciate the well wishes etc.I wish I could have posted more by now.. but I'm having trouble with blogger here... so I will post when it decides to take my pictures...
In the meantime...we are not dressed up any more by any means .. . I could take several showers a day with the humidity and heat here.. a feeling that is hard to put on pictures... but we are enjoying the precious moments.
