An Eagle's view

Although, this time, I passed on the climb, I do rememer the feeling
and the view from the top of Mount Cheam -

and I think Tehya will always remember this one.
I almost gasped at this sight . . . partly because she looks like a teenager,
and partly because of where she slid up to . . . but I know she's alright.
It's not as bad as it looks . . .

and she was in good hands.

The views going up . . . then from the top . . . and coming down
simply demand some kind of awe
in the One Who created and gave for our enjoyment
and for His glory.

Tehya, I kind of feel like I missed out,
but how special that you got this day with your Dad and Papa!

Fantastic views from the top! And I love Teyha stretched out on that rock, peering over the edge. Great photo.

I did that hike years ago and agree, it is a spectacular view. I must admit that although it was something to remember, these days I'm very happy to look up at Mt. Cheam from my comfortable chair on the patio. Way to go Teyha, that's a challenging climb.

OH what a perfect climbing day. I'd love to go up there again but it would take patience for those climbing with me...
Beautiful photos. Teyha is looking like a teenager already!

Way to go Teyha. That will be implanted in her memory bank for years to come. This girl has endurance and confidence. That has always been my favorite hike.
