I noticed it again last week, but did not have the camera in my hand. He was on his knees beside his little caravan, his head tilted sideways on the carpet . . . looking rather like a caterpillar as he inched along, watching all moving parts of the truck and trailer he was playing with.
I pulled out older photos of this favorite pastime of his . . .
I pulled out older photos of this favorite pastime of his . . .
When he sees wheels turning,
or other parts tilting,
he is in his own world . . .
assessing, calculating, refining.

Amen to that! What gorgeous pictures of a beautiful little boy.
I love it!!! So true!
Future engineer?
Love his concentration!
Now there's a future engineer or mechanic! I love his total absorption...
He's definitely 'in the flow'. I'm sure he's very smart...figuring out how everything works!
You caught some perfect expressions. He is unaware of the camera, it seems. I wonder what he will become--besides cute as can be.
Isn't that so true? If the wheels would not carry the load the truck wouldn't be worth much. .and if the tuck didn't have a motor the box size wouldn't make a difference.
I love what you see.
Precious pictures...I bet he makes the vroom vroom noises, too when he is confident the vehicle is ready to roll! You should drop by...I'm giving away an apron. :-)
So true! Great photos...and commentary
Precious boy.
So cute...I love capturing those kind of shots.
