There are not too many envelopes coming to my mailbox that make me smile the way this one did.
I cut open the side - mindful not to destroy the carefully placed stickers nor anything inside.
I'm sure mom wondered if she should send the whole collection . . .
but I'm glad she did!
When I have a bad "long distance feeling" day
I will remember these precious words.

Those are the keepers and that would make me smile too. You must have another scrapbook waiting to be made as you enter all these little mail notes. Soon it will be time to visit again. I love how you both enjoy the 'mail post'
That is just so precious! I love the way she wrote your name... and her name. She is a careful artist already!
The best gift ever to receive in the mail -- so much love showing through.

LOVE this!!! So wonderful to receive pieces of love in the mail! :)
Oh my goodness that is sooooo precious!!! Love it....
Our son and daughter-in-law had a baby girl in August and named her Lacy without the "e". I pray that she will grow to be as sweet and loving as your sweet Lacey.

What a sweet package with so much love. I'm sure she was so excited and took great care with each page and then folding them all to fit the envelope.
Ahh...such a sweet package to get in the mail...
The best kind of mail ever! What a sweet little girl who loves her Mimi so much!
So sweet! I understand those "long-distance feeling" days :( Did Lacey really colour those pictures herself? If so, she is amazing for her age!
Haha I'm so glad you like them because she's been busy making you more!! Thank you for appreciating all her work- she really does mean it as an expression of love! And after all, she does love you "so much in the whole world!"
That really is 'love in my mailbox'! Most precious.
