On October 18, 1975
he, a handsome young groom in his dark brown suit and bow tie,
and I, a blushing young bride in my sheer long sleeved wedding dress,
promised our love for a lifetime.
We prayed the Lord's unfailing love rest upon us
even as we put our hope in Him.

Today we see how His unfailing love has surely been with us
and will continue to be . . . all the days of our lives.

Happy Anniversary! I am sitting here smiling because a few months ago I noticed that we were purchasing the same dining room light fixture as you did, and that our old ones were very similar. Yesterday I was looking at our bedroom fixtures which are almost identical to yours, and thinking we should shop for some nice chandeliers to replace them, and you are one step ahead with yours!
