Kitchen Help

Although these kind of days seem far and inbetween,
I love the day when I can stay home all day and bake . . .

and since good help is hard to find these days,

I decided to take her on
even though she showed up in a ballerina dress instead of an apron.
While she kept busy at the sink,

playing washing and pumping out soap,

I pumped out a variety of breads.

It's a good feeling

to have sliced buns

and pizzas ready for quick lunches.

And it's amazing how long a girl can be kept busy, hard at work,

 and enjoy it!

So fun! Don't they all love the sink and the water that runs freely and the never ending bubble bottle.
Your day looks so productive!

Grandaughters are the best of help!!
Wow, you really bake a lot when you bake-it would take me a week to accomplish what you did today.
I'm especially fond of that seedy
looking bread!

A day of productive baking, especially on a rainy day, is such a satisfying feeling! My 2 year old granddaughter has already discovered the joy of water in the sink too. Fun times : )

That's the best kind of kitchen help! And I've realized that the help-on-chairs-stage doesn't last for long. You had a most productive day!

Ah, what a sweet post! Your "help" is just darling in her braids and ballerina dress! It just doesn't take much to please a child, does it?

The breads look so delicious!

there is something about playing in water...whether it is at the beach, in a pool, or in a sink....kids love it! my five year old grand girl takes forever to brush her teeth because she is playing in the water as she is doing it. my oldest loves washing dishes....but even at nine, there is more playing than washing!

It looks as if your freezer is full for a while. Want to come work at my house a bit?

That is so cute...from Kitchen Help to The Help..It's so wonderful to be able to make that home-made fresh bread and buns. I love making bread doughs and watching that little one keep so busy. She is so darling.
